Terms and Conditions for Viking OLR Pigeon Auction

Creating a Profile:
To place a bid in any auction on the Viking OLR platform, you must first create a profile. Once your profile is created, it will need to be approved by a Viking OLR representative. Only after approval can you participate in bidding. Each individual is allowed only one profile.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for the invoice must be made within 7 calendar days from the invoice date, regardless of the delivery schedule. The pigeon will only be shipped or made available for pick-up after full payment has been received. All payments are to be made in euros to avoid potential losses due to currency conversions.

Late Payment and Resale:
If payment is not received by the due date, Viking OLR or the third-party seller reserves the right to cancel the sale, unless an alternative agreement has been made. In such cases, the pigeon may be resold, and the initial buyer will bear the consequences.

Invoices:
Buyers will receive an invoice after purchasing a pigeon from Viking OLR. Invoices will be sent via email on the first Monday following the conclusion of an auction. Payments are to be made via bank transfer.

Collection of Pigeons:
Pigeons can be collected from Viking OLR once payment is completed. Please notify us at least 2 working days in advance by email or phone if you wish to arrange a pick-up.

Shipping:
Shipping of pigeons is available after full payment is made. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately. Viking OLR does not guarantee the accuracy of gender identification for young birds unless accompanied by a DNK certificate.

Collection at Kassel Fair:
Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 30th – December 1st). The transport cost for pigeons collected at the fair is €10 per pigeon.
